I have delivered, organised, co-produced, and personally delivered training to tens of thousands of individuals.
These include to government organisations, leading charities, and schools.
I have delivered over thirty of the initial sessions of The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training during its trial and I'm due to be a certified lead trainer by May 2023.
I am an NHS employee and in my position on Care, Education, and Treatment Reviews I have helped support hundreds of autistic and learning-disabled people leave hospital and remain in the community.

I work a lot with various NHS ICBs and I deliver bespoke training to staff tailored around the individual being supported, deliver sessions on reasonable adjustments, offer advice on making sensory-friendly adaptations, and consultation on policy change.
Being autistic myself puts me in a unique position to be able to understand autism from the inside, and a lot of the training I offer I deliver with other autistic colleagues. This means you will learn from multiple personally and professionally experienced people with invaluable insights into your challenges.
